Real World Use of LLM's - definitely happening, and use is getting warmer over the last couple of months for sure

Use of AI solutions in the real world - it's still really low - but the early adopters are trying out a lot of solutions. Subscriber churn must be eye-watering for some, and there's not enough focus on brand and customer retention plays from where I'm sat.
